Pricing notes

• Short breaks are 4 nights midweek and 3 nights at a weekend
• There are no hidden extras: The rent includes luxury bed linen, fluffy towels, central heating, gas electricity and a large complimentary basket of logs. (Additional logs maybe purchased - please just ask).
• For the comfort of all of our guests, Uppermoor Farmhouse and Holiday Cottages are all totally NON SMOKING.
• One small 'well behaved' pet maybe considered in The Farmhouse Cottage only - please read our 'Pet Policy'. (Written consent must be given at all times).
• All children are welcome by arrangement but please note we do not supply cots, high chairs or waterproof mattresses

Times of arrival and departure

• The properties are available from 4.30pm and prior arrangements will have been made with you to 'greet you personally' at your holiday cottage to hand over your keys and to show you in!
• We ask you to leave by 10am on day of departure
